I mentioned yesterday we were going to try to make individual versions of the fresh apple cake. Dinner became my responsibility after the bf had to work late, so I gave them a whirl last night.
I followed the same process, but in a muffin pan. The only other change was instead of melting the butter, I just sliced generous pats on top of each cake. Only one came out powdery.
The muffin pan worked well, but it would be especially cute if you had individual ramekins.
